What personal data do we collect?

We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you register an account on our website, our brand commerce website. The types of personal data that we may collect directly from you include:

Payment Methods

If you purchase our products from our official Brand Commerce website, then to complete your order, you must make payment through our integrated payment methods. We collaborate with Midtrans & Xendit, a payment gateway provider, which will collect your payment information according to the method you choose. All your data will be encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Analytics

We may allow third parties to provide analytics services and display advertisements on our behalf on the internet and in mobile applications. These entities may use cookies and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Service and other websites and applications, for example: Web browser, pages viewed, and links accessed. This information may be used by us; and its use is not limited to analyzing and tracking data, but also to determining the popularity of certain products or content, delivering targeted advertisements and content to your interests on our Service and other websites, and having a better understanding of your online activity.

Where we share your data?

However, certain third-party service providers (e.g., Xendit) have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide to them for transactions related to your purchases. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be handled by these providers.

We also collaborate with other Shipping Providers and Logistic Partners, who have their own privacy policies regarding the information we need to provide to provide them for transactions related to your shipments. Once you leave our store’s website or are directed to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Website Terms of Service.

Who on our team has access

  • Members of our team have access to the information you provide to us. For example, Administrators and Store Managers can access:
  • Order information such as what was purchased, when it was purchased, and where it should be sent, and
    Customer information such as your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
  • Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds, and assist you.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you have made your purchase in a Bali Alus store, you can exchange it for a similar or higher purchase amount, regardless of the store and the date on which the purchase was made. It is necessary that the product be intact, still in the catalog and that the protective cellophane has not been removed. No refunds are possible at this time.

If your product is defective, you can go directly to the store to obtain a repair or a replacement if necessary. If you are unable to go to the store, you can contact our Customer Care Service. One of our advisors will tell you how to proceed.

If you made your purchase on our website, you can return a product within 14 days of its delivery and receive a refund.

All items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. You are responsible for returning the products to us as soon as possible. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt.

We will not provide a refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use such as opened packaging. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a refund will not be available and you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.

Your right to return goods does not apply to goods:

  • which have been clearly personalised (e.g. by being engraved)
  • where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
  • which the protective cellophane has been removed.
